wow.. what a fun experience we had in yuma, az! thank you for everyone who visited us - we loved seeing your smiling faces! and another thank you to those who couldn't make it but took part in our celebration discount - that was so fun!

oh christmas tree.

Can you believe Christmas is next week? I'm just bursting with excitement! Can't wait for.. the gifts. the family. the vacation! :)


This year I just couldn't muster up the energy (or cough up the dough) to purchase a real christmas tree. I'm missing that familiar holiday scent and fake snow that I insist on having, but I have to admit that my adorable pink (and blue for the husband) tree is just perfect for us!
 
I love the stylish decor seen in Holiday 2010! Gone are the days of sticking with green and red.  While these colors are fab too, it's refreshing to see other colors pop!

What inspires you?

We're only a few days away from our trunkshow in yuma, az and we've been working like mad women to kick out some new designs to showcase! 

This leads me to wonder... besides the boatloads of coffee we're sipping, the cheerful holiday tunes or the impending deadline... what inspires you?

Friday Eye Candy

Happy Friday Lovelies!!

I'm so stoked that Friday is upon us... Not only because I'm going to soak in the summer rays that decided to make their way to the OC, but mostly because of my fabulous massage date I have with the hubby tonight! 60 minute massages scheduled at 8:00 pm and then late night din-din at the Tang home.... pure bliss!

Today's Friday Eye Candy is what has been inspiring me all week long.  Am I the only one that gets inspired from pics from time to time? Phew - I didn't think so.  Any who, here you go:

It's a steamy one out there!

I grew up in both California and Oklahoma with family trips to Arizona for summer (yes, summer!), so you would think that the heat couldn't possibly bother me, right? Well, as much as I keep telling myself this, it just doesn't connect with my whiny self and I'm sitting her miserable wishing that I didn't have the itch to wear my heavy (yet stylish!) ruffled sleeve blazer - eh, at least I have adorable peep toe shoes on!

Kimberly-Clark's Pull-Ups introduces potty-training iPhone app

Being the oldest of 6, I know the stress of potty training the wee ones. So, when I came across this new little app I couldn't be more happier and like I said, giggly! I know.. I know!  But, seriously I know my child is going to bogart my iphone the minute they can get their little hands on it, why not making it a learning experience rather than showing him/her the latest celeb gossip.. jp!

Little Miss Addison...

Lately (it seems) that I have been more focused on posting about the munchkin parties... perhaps my excitement for the new nieces and nephews coming into our life has influenced my posting! hmmm...

Okay, I first have to post little Miss Addison's invites and then I'll switch gears for a bit. :)

So, Addi's mommy emailed me a few months back to create invites inspired by her posh new draperies from Restoration Hardware. How adorable are they?!



Anywho.. I created an awning inspired invite that showcased the choco and pink as well as a tiny little birdie peering in..
